Why are my Plants sagging?? Help Please!

I have 14 GDP's entering the 3rd week of vegging. For some reason they have started to sag quite a bit and I cant figure out why. Please help. There is no discoloration, they are nice and green. No curling of the leaves really. No signs of yellowing or burning.

Here are my specs:
- 6" rockwool cubes.
-Flood and drain method once a day using 3 part Adv. Nutes. Takes about 18 minutes total to flood and drain. I flood up to about 4.5"-5"inches up the cube.
- 1000w HPS light 2 feet from tops. 18 hours on 6 off.
-I have proper intake and exhaust, room temps are roughly 78 degrees.
- Nutes: 2tsp grow, 1 tsp micro, 1 tsp bloom per gallon. Re-using the nutes 1 week at a time.
-PH everyday 5.9-6.1
-Just picked up a PPM pen, reservoir PPM at 720 now

Confusing part is that in my bedroom, I have my mother plant that is doing great. All cloned at the same time. I feed them with the same nutes, only I hand water the mother over the top of the rockwool once a day, instead of flood/drain. Mother is under a florescent light.

Any thoughts? Help would be apprectiated.

I tend to wonder if its overfertilization. I just learned I should have been topping off the reservoir for water lost.

Last night I flushed 2 plants to see if they start looking better, no signs yet.

I dont think its over watering as I only water once a day, anyone concur?

Ok just a guess but I say under watering most of what I have read the ebb and flow guys are filling and draining 3 to 5 times daily. Also thinking over nuted like you said because if your not topping off with straight water your PPM's are going to go up.

Under/overwatering.

I believe under watering. You can also keep ur ppm to 500 until they are nice and strong with good healthy roots.

Thanks for the tips guys. Ill try a combination of things I suppose. I will give a few of them more water. A few less water. And again a few weaker nutes.

How quickly should I expect to see a change?

just a suggestion but water like 2 times a day or maybe 3 do one like 30mins before the lights come on so the plant gets water and is ready to start its day kinda like me and my coffee lol the second one maybe like 4 hours before the lights turn off dont water right after lights turn off then the plant is just setting in water it don't need. hope i was any help =] good luck man

Thanks guys. So after much stress and analyzing, I ended up flushing the cubes for a day and a half. Just in case I was over fertilizing. I went down with pics and had a long talk with my local hydro shop and he thought it was over fertilized too.
Funny thing, I talked to my go to guy a day later. He said he thinks its perfectly fine. We both realized they were slumping 1 hour before the 6 hour dark cycle and coming back about an hour into the light on cycle. He said its normal for them to know when bed time is and start sagging.

That being said, I simply moved on and Keep it Real, thanks, I did begin 2 a day watering. Day and a half later they look great and I am no longer worried. Just like clock work they perk up completely an hour after the lights come on. I had no idea they worked like that...

could you suggest some thing positive here?

if i where you i would buy some potting soil cause that soil looks like a concreate mix lol like scotts not mg or if your in cali go for the high end stuff and retransplant that to some dif soil water it one time after trans plant and leave it alone for say 4 to 5 days before even thinking of watering itll come around

Hello clockher, looks like you need to amend your soil with some perlite to allow better oxygen to the root system. When you use sandy-types of mediums the small particles pack a lot closer together and squeeze the oxygen out. Sandy types of mediums will also hold on to moisture a lot longer as well which is why they look a little water logged/overwatered. However, the yellowing on the leaves could just be steaming from the issues with the medium itself. If it can't get the oxygen exchange that the roots need, it can manifest itself as what looks like nutrient deficiencies. Hope that helps!

The roots are submerged for 18 mins? make it about 5 mins.
