Why are the leaves folding in on the sides?

Hi! My plants are 27 days old I use to have 2 deficiencies but I fixed them all but now the leaves look like they are like making cups out of their leaves! Its like they are folded in or something hard to explain but hope the pics will help! Thx

Im not staring at them Im checking the humidity and temp 3 times a day because its always too cold or hot or the hum is 80% or 40% so I have to check it regularly cause my humid thing isnt working right!
 
It looks like the plants are loving the light. The one thing you don’t want is taco leaves. But new growth normally looks like that
 
Lots of things can cause a leaf to “taco”. But your leaves aren’t like that. Make sure your room isn’t hot, go light on your nutes and make sure your ph is on point. If you are feeling like you’re having ph issues or any other issues do a slurry test. Mix some of your soul with equal parts water and let it soak 5 minutes. Take a ph reading and a Ppm reading.

I used to be light on the nuts but theese babies are always hungary they had really bad deficiencies. But Im gona make sure the temp is right for sure thx for your help mate!!
