they are 3 gallon ( im a drywall taper i go through 30 5 gallon buckets a week and have stacks of emptys in my garage so i know for sure they are not 5 gallon there like just a bit bigger then half of one so im guessing about 3 gallon ) i started my seeds in the pellets that expand with water then i transplanted into pots about three times the size of a solo cup and just two weeks ago i transplanted to these wich i thought would be big enough to finish in? anyways im starting to think the pellet might be whats wrong?? it seems like it could be kinda like almost chocking it or something?? idk but i do know i wont be using them again, and the strains are grand daddy purple and pineapple exp......They look like 5 gallon pots to me. I bet you didn't transplant into a smaller pot before going into the big pots. When seedlings first go into dirt they spend most of their energy building up a large rootball to support the plant. So your seedlings are spending weeks growing out the roots before they start true vegetative growth. Next time use an intermediate size pot before going into the final pot. You won't spend so much time growing roots and will have more time devoted to growing bushy plants. BigSteve.
