Why aren't they purple yet

I'm in week 10 of my purple haze auto's. I have another 2 weeks. They were late bloomers. They look awesome. I just don't know how to get them purple. Any advice for a new grower

There are techniques to turn a plant purple, mainly involving cold temperatures, either in the root zone or air or both. Tbh though you’re better just keeping temps optimal and accepting whatever colour the plant naturally turns out in its healthiest state. If you want purple coloured purple haze, pop more seeds and you’ll have more chance of finding a purple pheno. That being said I’ve seen purple haze photo go an absurdly long time so maybe they’re not at that point yet

You don't do anything to make them purple. The pheno either is or is not a purple strain.

They’re either purple or they’re not.

I've grown several purple strains that stayed green. Purple haze was one of them.

It may not turn purple. Grow it and smoke it when it's done. Don't worry about the color.

If you want guaranteed purple weed get a pack of ACE Pakistani Chitral Kush. If you want a real Purple Haze get a pack of ACE Oldtimers Haze and hope for a purple pheno. But be prepared for a minimum 16 weeks flowering time. Most of the stuff out there people are calling Purple Haze are hybrids and not anything related to the old Purple Haze made famous by Jimi Hendrix.

IME, a green pheno of a purple strain equates to better bud.

Off topic but Jiminy is one of those performers that give me goosebumps when watching and listening to his live performances.

Would have been awesome to witness in real life.

Run a bunch of them and hope for a purple one lol. I haven’t grown any purple autos, but if you’re looking for sativa dominant with colorful buds look for something with Durban poison in it that shit colorful
