Why cant they just say

So i know all about how led are exaggerated and its all about the power from the wall but some of that even goes to the fans. So how do u tell if its 250w from wall what goes to diodes and what goes to fans???

They use computer case fans in their lights. Most 6" pc fans run at 5 watts, give or take.
That being said, most of the power goes to the diodes.
