Why did the leaves do this over night?

The stems got pretty dark, twisted leaves, whitish crispy and some burnt tips, also the plant was kind of streching towards the light

Looks like light burn or heat or both.

thats mold or powder mildew. its getting to humid in there, or your letting air in from outside and its coming in like that
