Why does my plants look like this

Why do my plants look like this? I am in day 40 of flower and I don’t know what is going on the bigger fan leaves are clawing and and there are irregular brown spots over the whole plant, it is slowly spreading to new growth. It is just in these two plants which are the same strains. I flushed yesterday with three gallons of water my P.H in my runoff was perfect but my PPM was around 2200. Idk what to do... please help this are the only plants in the tent that are doing this they are the same strain Zkittlez every other plant looks great that are receiving the same nutrients This
