why have new seedlings grown past old ones??

10533057_758986304153038_1526574208_n.jpg this one is the oldest one of the whole lot was planting 20days ago almost... as for the rest just 2weeks old?? why is this could it be the seed/strain or my ffirst soil mix was too hot? it is looking bettter but just wont stretch out at all

heres some others plants with curling leaves maybe can tell me why..

I am using LED 300w+450w so 2 panels and i have a big exhaust fan and also rotating fan in the bathroom... and yea thats my basic set up my lights are approx 40-60cm away.

your mix was defiantly too hot. Look at all those mutated leaves. also , LED's should be 2 feet away minimum.

+1 toxicity- but it's not a mutation, just twisting. Flush your soil and don't add extra nutrients for awhile.

24" distance might be ok while they're this young but keep a close eye on them, you don't want them stretching and causing uneven growth top to bottom. I keep my LEDs 8-10" away during flower, though your panel's lens angle and lux will play a role there. Check to see if the manufacturer recommends a minimum distance.
