Why is it still turning yellow and brown?

Hey all,
If you can help that would be great.

These are clones planted from peat to organic soil. I do not understand why i still get this yellow browning affect?

The mothers were grown in bad soil and were having this same problem from slow release nute burn but i figured that it would NOT transfer to the clones.....

what kind of organic soil. lots of organic soil is still to hot (to many nutes) for clones and seedlings. thats likely the problem
