You can eat it or drink it in a tincture or smoothie. You can also smoke it via a vaporizer which eliminates the carcinogens. It is an effective analgesic (pain killer) and boosts appetite, especially among those suffering the consequences of chemo-therapy. Hope that answers your question, but also consider this - Oxycontin is extremely addictive, up there with heroin. It can and does run people into the ground faster than meth and yet it remains legal to treat pain. Overuse of alcohol will also devastate your liver, and cigarettes will cut you down slowly but surely.

anything that burns creates carcinogens, smoke in any form is bad for you. if you are health concerned, you should buy a vaporizer, steam doesn't harm you. you can also eat it and have no noticeable side effects.

It might be bad for you, and I say that because we all talk about how much it helps and how awesome it is...which is that same thing people thought about cigarettes....think about it, but here is the difference I see, Marijuana has been used for tens of thousands of years---which I say is some pretty good research in and of itself (unlike cigarettes) but I always worry that it will one day be found to cause some crazy disorder---kinda like cigarettes and cancer, but again props for MJ because if you find there are harmful side effects being caused you could just stop using it, unlike cigarettes where it is super hard to quit....I could run out of weed and be fine, but if I run out of cigarettes----oooohhhhhh Noooooo!!!! We have researched and researched marijuana and haven't found it to cause any severe issues, I find that it helps more than it hurts, as long as we don't one day find it causes heart holes or something....There have been numerous wonder drugs that everyone was sure would heal the world until they find out it also kills people...So hey---who knows---Marijuana has had more use and research than any experimental pharmaceutical---not to mention there are a plethora of scientists working against it to find something wrong---as opposed to the FDA scientists pushing through whatever pill BIG DRUG is pedaling at the time---So I would think that is proof enough for me...

its the government!!! and people like the government... that think like the government.. that write and publish those kind of articles. It's part of their effort to keep cannabis illegal!!!
I swear.. if the USA would legalize and tax cannabis.. for those of age (either 18 or 21, I think it should be 21 personally..just like alcohol is). Each and every state would make so much money.. that it could damn well take this country out of debt!! It would also bring more peace into this country.. and!! we wouldn't have the issues with Mexico that we currently have. Why? Because we wouldn't need their supply of cannabis!! Why? Because we would have our own..
The positives just really FAR OUTWEIGH the negatives of legalizing cannabis for those of age. Its a fact! For the love of God.. when will our government wake the fuck up and get their heads out of their ass?!? Its actually starting to anger me some.. that the government could be so blind to this. It's amazing.. really is.
I mean, we legalized alcohol.. and its actually addictive! Cannabis isn't!! Go figure that one out..

Everything can be bad for you. You can get water poisoning. Grilling meat over charcoal is bad for you because of the carcinogens...I still do it. Is MJ worse than a pack day cigarette habit ....no. Cell phones have been linked to cancer. They are putting things in false persective. Sure if you make a rat smoke an ounce a day, I'm sure it will die.

I think smoking is bad for you but mj is not bad for you. Use a vaporizer if you don't want to smoke. I would like to get one but they are so expensive.

there is this documentary called marijuana: can it cure cancer. It was said that marijuana kills our brain cells. That theory was bull, but they have researched it and now says it kills cancer cells. It is a good documentary talking about how we have receptors that our body and marijuana are perfect for each other. Anyway you might die if you cross the street without looking. You might get shot one day by a stray bullet not meant for you. Shit happens live life. MARIJUANA should be cherished and enjoyed along with life. MArijuana is one of the splendors. By the way caffeine is also a drug. Which does more harm then marijuana will ever do, drink 20 cups of coffee or cappuccino's lol it is said the only way to die from marijuana is if you smoke 15 pounds is because of asphyxiation.
