Why is one plant way bigger than the rest?

They all received the same treatment. Same sunlight, same water, I even used the same type of dirt. There are 10 of them, I still dont know if its male or female, I grow them outside, and its been about 2 weeks since first sprout. My question is why has one of them grown bigger than the rest?

Different plants grow differently even if it is the same strain their are different pheno types so they will look different from each other, grow different from each other, smell different ect
