Why is seedling bent downwards

I was giving watering with spray bottle, making sure not to overwater. I think it may be underwatered. I just gave it some water now though.

I just watered it. It was dry. I was only spraying the soil with a spray bottle for 5 days

Is the stem still rigid? Peach fuzz on the stem at all?

What is the intensity of your light?

You should pay someone else to open the seed for you, grow it then give it back to you

320 watt king led. I dimmed it to 25,000 lumens and keep it 20 inches away. I will have to check if it fuzz.

That's a pretty big pot for a little seedling. In my experience, starting off in a 4" pot is way easier with little sprouts. It could be overwatering or underwatering. It's almost impossible to regulate the soil moisture levels with such a big pot and a little sprout with probably only one little tap root. When you're spray watering like that, you're only watering the first couple inches of soil around the seedling anyways, might as well get rid of all that extra dirt and put it into a pot that you can actually soak and let dry out. I'm not saying that you can't grow a seedling in a 5gal pot, but you're chances of failure are way higher.
