I had 3 of that same strain from nirvana going once. And the same thing happened. 2 ended up being about a foot n a half. The other was about half the size. My guess is stress in seedling early veg period. They seem to be very finicky. Just watch your nutes, they didn't need much.
I got about 2oz total from all three, fat buds.

Common things that make plants stretch is not enough light/light not close enough to plants, genetics, extra stretch If you don't cut the N down when starting flower(i heard)

If you can cross those off and they are seeds that came in the same pack I'd say different phenos.

Pictures always help.

Not one seed/plant is the same. If they were clones it would be a bit strange but possible to have different characteristics between plants like that.

It happens... something to consider is some LST to get the canopy even if they are under the same light, otherwise the short one may get cheated on light being further away... don't go hog wild since they are in flower, but in the end I bet it will help with the yield..

Different phenotype. Different phenotypes have different characteristics. Small to tall, bushy to thin etc etc... Google it, it's fairly easy to understand.

Unless you want to try a variety of strains you'd normally grow 10-15 of one strain (or even more) from seed and slowly single out the best plant then clone from that.

Its still easy to grow different strains or even the same strain from seed unless you're growing on a large scale, you can always raise pots if you are restricted for space to LST. Or if you have the space LST and super cropping and supplementry lights are always options.

If they are auto flowers I would suggest not using 12-12 as I've heard 18-6 is much better as 12-12 sucked for me I

It's just genetics.

Your plants are like people, everyone is different! As long as your ladies are receiving the same love and attention you're fine!

I have two seeds that came from the same bud, one is grow super short and bushy while it's sibling is leaning towards the tall and lanky side! It's fun to watch them grow.

Are your lights 18/6 or 24/0?

Auto-Flowers do best when given either of these light schedules due to the fact they don't need a light change to make them flower but I'm sure you know this. Happy growing man!
