Why wont these start

I am having serious trouble trying to clone these girls, I use this cheap 3 dolla rooting gel i bought at hydro store, called "Root Tech" and did like 10 clones, no roots after a week, they all drooping downwards, like their dead...I have them in a humid dome, 75-80 Degrees all times, 400hps, 18/6, 5.8-6.0 PH'd RO Water

I just woke up, smoking a bizzle n bout to head to the store for some nutes

with clones less light is better....higher wattage promotes new leaf grow... not root.....I use a 36 watt t8

use smaller light. don't be afraid to drop some dollar on a good rooting gel...it will last long and give good results that will leave you satisfied. I use Clonex rooting Gel and have a 99% succes rate

first off, save your self some trouble and money by switching down to some cool blue cfl's.
Second, what strain ya got? Some take up to 3 weeks to root depending on genetics.
