wich sockets are better for growing with 26w cfl

hey everyone! I am asking this question cause I know there are a lot more people higher in the evelutionary chain then i am in knowledge... but theirs these to websites with two different types of sockets. one I know is for cfl because it says cfl socket with cord, but theirs a much less exspensive socket on a different website... could someone help me out?? could i use the cheaper socket to grow with 26 watt cfl's???

I do believe most cfls work in the basic light socket,..just try it at ur house in ur bedroom if it fits that socket then it will work.

Any light socket will work - got an old lamp lying around? That works. Or hit up the electrical section in Home Depot or it's like, those $2 - $3 sockets work just as well.

I just last night took apart an old lamp and is using the socket to hang my 26 watt cfl over my plant
