Will clay kill my plant...

alright people im just wandering if clay can kill my plant.. im from england and my plant is in my greenhouse so i decided to take a slab out and dig a holee.. i had to kill an ants nest with some boiling water hopefully there all gone... but the clay is a muddy clay its realy thick shit, the whole i dug had to be filled with 2 wheelbarrows worth off soil ( quite alot ) then wacked my plant in there. it wont die will it im sure people are growing with clay when they go outside in an unknown spot

As long as you loosen it up with something else clay is ok to grow in. It has tons of minerals in it (micronutrients).

While it definitely isn't the best medium to grow your plants in, clay will not actually kill them. Since you dug out the clay and put soil in the hole, you should be fine.
