Will condensation hurt my air cooled light?

I recently hooked up the intake/out take on my light.I noticed I am getting quite a bit of condensation on the intake pipe just as it comes inside the wall from the cool night time air meeting up with the warm air from inside. Is this common, will it damage my light fixture eventually?

insulated ducting ?

you mean your getting water inside your cool tube like water could get on the lamp and the fitting and wires ?

sort that out you normally get condensation on the outside of the ducting, cold air vs hot glass is always a bit risky

normally you suck from the grow or the room the grow is in or next to and vent the hot air outside.

The condensation is on the outside of the ducting. The light is about 6' away from the outside wall,I don't notice any condensation by the light,I just want to make sure there won't be a problem. So I need insulated ducting for the intake?
BTW,I have no other option than to pull air from outside.

here`s a trick

yes get insulated ducting

but here`s the big trick

make sure your cool tube can fit inside the ducting, then you cut a hole in the ducting for the light to shine out of

strap and tape around the end so no air can escape if that`s a big deal

and there you go you have a fully insulated cool tube it`ll run cooler than normal yet the hole will emit as normal you may even get a bit more radiant heat directed towards the plants but the grow as a hole will be cooler that way too
