Will confirming a drunken serial rapist benefit republicans politically?

Well, apparently there's a thing next month that will see if some kind of double-jeopardy clause will be a thing or not. Apparently it will determine whether or not the Potus and his co-conspirator regime can be prosecuted by any of the state courts even after he issues pardon, if he does so. I think a fellow rapist might be sympathetic to such a predicament

I think any judge nominated by an unindicted co-conspirator must recuse himself in any case regarding said unindicted co-conspirator. That’s just plain common sense

So only Breyer, kagan, Sotomayor, and Ginsburg should be allowed any say in what happens in a case like that. I guess alito, roberts, and Thomas can too

But that would not help the gop, politically, which is what I believe you asked, specifically. It seems like there's no move that they can make that would be beneficial to themselves which is 100% ethical and lawful.
 
If I was a current high ranking democrat I would appoint him just so every time the parties tactics fail they can blame it all on that type of judge and absolve the party from their massive incompetence for the next 40 years. Gotta keep those donations coming in after all.

I don’t think it would be beneficial to steal the republicon strategy like that, and just lazily replace “hillary clinton” with drunken serial rapist Brett kavanaugh

I once tried to author a book about a guy who had settled multiple rape lawsuits running for president and telling people he never settles lawsuits and no one has more respect for women than him but got turned down because the publisher said no one would believe that silly shit and no one can possibly be that stupid

At the bus stop sit 2 women. One elderly and the other middle aged. I overhear their conversation. The elderly woman is complaining about how she has to ride the bus because her driver had to be fired because he was leaking information to a foreign power. Out of nowhere she grabs the middle aged woman by the hair and throws her under the bus as it approaches. Then she dragged her across the street placed her on some train tracks and called 911. Nothing ever came of it but now that old lady has a new driver.
