is that a 3x3? what are you using for lights?
If you flip soon they should be close to filling that space, whcih should def get you 8-12ozs for sure....but thats dependent on you using proper lighting,nutrients,enviromental control, aswell as not running into any issues with deficiencies or bugs or powdery mildew or mould....
so ya, if you do everything right, have good luck, you can get to your goal easily enough
Your plants look good, they appear healthy from what i can tell, so that tells me your doing things right, so im banking on your hitting your goal.

Im using 2 600w vipraspectras( im aware theyre not even 600 combined) free lol

Im also concerned about space, but if i could hit more weight id be through the moon
I'd add on more light and good luck flowering is when things usually get interesting hence why a yield guess is just that. Best of luck they look good.

Well you got the right soil and 2 of those lights should do fine in a 3x3. not sure how much heat they put out but they should offer enough lux across a 3x3 to produce some nice bud. Im sure your aware they arent the best lights going, but that dont mean they cant grow weed.
Get yourself some decent nutrients for flowering.
FFOF is a fav of mine in the soil world, it kept my plants fed for like 42 or 43 days before they started needing nutes, some complain its hot, ive always liked using it.
Keep training and spreading them out, allow for the flattest canopy possible, keep your lights set at optimal heights, you will be golden.

It's nearly impossible for me to get under my prediction, as I set my minimum expected amount low enough I am always satisfied and 9/10 times pleasantly surprised.
