Will I need bigger pots?

I have 3 plants in an 8" pot because I figured I would get at least one male, and once I pull them, it will be enough space for the females? I plan to veg for 2 or 3 weeks under 30w CFL before I start flower under a 150w HPS.

Will keeping this pot throughout flower dramatically decrease yield? If I transplant, is there anyway to split up the plants to one per pot without shocking the plants?

ur alright man keep em in there for a wee while more, i kept 4 plants in a similar pot for a while then transplanted them wen they where like 14" or so tall,
if u don want it to be awkward wen your transplanting and as u said puting em into shock or w/e
then transplant em early cause i remember it was a lil awkward with the roots but saying that i had no problem
just be careful like and dig carefully if your doin it now cause like the roots r still fragile i think doin it now mite be more likely to send them into shock..

You will cause stress to the roots when you try to separate them, cause they will grow tangled together. You should separate them as soon as possible, to avoid disaster.

Your call, good luck with those.

Wow, what a mess. The little ones may not survive transplanting, but the biggest one needs to be removed, because it's roots are probably starting to tangle with the others.

What a mess!!

You could just let em go and see what happens, and if you get a male, just cut hom out of the bunch, but to do that you will need a much bigger pot, 5 gallons minimum, and transplant the whole thing at one time.

Just let the plants get at least 2 sets of fan leaves if you plan on trying that.
