will i stress the plant this way?

well i AM a beginner at growing & my setup is What It Is.. lol i don't have the best bulbs I am not going all out there but Ive def invested enough to pull off 1 plant. So the other day (keep in mind I am already in 12/12 and i always turn off my lights around 750-8pm) I wasn't home and i couldn't turn the lights off until like 1030 is this gonna stress the plant out at all since its already in flowering mode and it knows when lights will come off or am i good? thanks

dude get a timer! they are at most like 10$ at walmart! then you never have to worry about turning them on or off! and im not really sure we will just have to wait and see. ive never had this problem

A timer can be set to turn on and off at specific times that you the grower dictate. You plug your light into the timer and it does all the work. Buy a heavy duty timer if your going to buy. JAS

A timer is your best bet if your don't have a set light schedule you WILL stress your girls out, all you do is get a timer an plug your lights into a power strip then plug the power strip into the timer and then plug the timer into the wall, you can set them very easy 12/12 18/6 20/4 etc they cost anywhere from $6-40.
