Will it smell?!2 females.Need help!!

I am doing a grow in my closet with a 400w MH/HPS.
I have a big air ventilation contraption in my room connecting the closeti use a tube to exhaust the air to a window.(i can control temps and humidity with this thing.)
But i use the doors of the closet to freshen the closet out.

I have 2 females,3 weeks flowering.No smell yet.
I live in a condo complex.I live on the top floor of a 3 story appartement.
I never really put any real thought about the smell and now i'm scared shitless.

Will my neighboors smell it?
Once i put the DIY carbon scrubber together,What do i do with it then?
Do i attach it or do i just put it in my room?

I am in the process of gettin a medical marijuana card (washington).
I have qualified and he is still in the process of looking over my records.

I have worked so damn hard for these babies and i don't want to let them go.

I have six females 9 weeks into budding and I vent out through my furnace room which goes directly into my neighbors living room. They dont smell anything and have no idea youll be fine if your parinoid get a carbon filter I only have a few days left and smell wasnt a problem. Youll be fine.

i would at least do something
the neighborhood narcs would love to be responsible 4 a grow op. bust
unless that med card comes through, then your in the clear
