will my buds still grow if i give them only water for a week?

most of the leaves are gettin yellow tips maybe from over feedin . think ill ive them just water for a week to be sure they dont get worse, will they still grow in this time??

I usually only flush a day or two. I'm sure it would be fine but try to read what is happening to the plant and how it's reacting. Try to be gentle with the nutes when you continue their use.
