Will my plants last 2 weeks without water?

I had to leave my apartment for about 2 weeks and am wondering if my plants will last 2 weeks without water? They're about 4 weeks old, under 4 fluorescent tubes (about 200 watts total), 5 gallon pots, temperatures around 85, relatively high humidity (florida), and I watered them pretty heavily before I left.

It will be close I would guess. Depends how wet they were. If they survive they will have a good root system.

Next time fill a bottle with water and stick it upside down in the soil. If it empties too fast close off the opening partly.
