If you want the short version, go to the bottom.

As some of you know, I have a nice beautiful sativa-doninant pheno bag seed that came from a bag of brown frown. From the looks of it, I'm about 1-2 weeks away from taking a nice fat, glazed top bud over to the guys house who sold me the shitty, brown, bricked dime bag that it came from, and teaching him a lessom about how brautiful life is. Everything was going smoothly until...

...I had a little accident. Kind of an accidental mini harvest, I broke a branch off trying to adjust the scrog screen I built. The good news- the branch weighs about 280 grams wet. Now, onto what I'm worried about:

So I've been feeding with the roots organics master pack. The pack ran out so I bought quarts of everything I was using. My grow store didn't have the "big swell" so I substituted it with gh's Kool Bloom. I had been flushing the plant for about 2 weeks (BC I didn't think I'd be flowering it 13 weeks and counting), and Since it needs another week or two I went ahead and fixed a light feed. My nutrients are mostly organic, so there isn't really a need to flush like with synthetic nutrients. Do you think that the 1 feeding I gave it the day before the branch broke off will give the bud a harsh taste? It was only 1 or 2 teaspoons for about 2 gallons of water, and like I said it had been getting flushed for 2 weeks prior. If anyone has ever had this happen before, let me know what to expect.

Thanks again guys.

Short version: flushed plant for 2 weeks, fed with light feeding of synthetic nutrients and the next day a branch broke off. Will the bud from that branch taste like shit/be harsh?

Flushing is not a factor in taste and smell, there is no science to back that up.
Bad drying/curing is usually the problem.

Cool, thanks. Yeah I have always heard that you had to flush the plants properly to clean out the unused synthetic nutes in its system.

And fwiw, after this plant I'm gonna be done with my first harvest, and lemme tell ya--it really all boils down to the cure. Some of the best looking bag seed I grew wound up being the worst BC it was harvested first and I had no experience drying and curing. Now that one had a half a pound and a month to practice, it is INSANE the difference if its dried and cured properly. I was unlocking smells that I didn't even know were there lol. The first couple os I dried had basically no smell and taste to them. My friends were begging me to go ahead and hook them up before it was ready, and after smoking it all and coning back they had a chance to see what it was SUPPOSED to smell/taste like, they were like "awwwww man, come on are you kidding?!" I was like dude I tried to tell you, it wasn't ready, lol.
