will only having 1 6500k cfl bulb make my plant grow slow?

what up yall. i had a quick question to ask. will only having 1 6500k cfl bulb make my plant grow slow? the reason i ask is because i have 1 plant i brought from outside that was with a couple other ones. i've had this 1 plant for 2 days in a grow tent under that one light. but it seems like the ones outside have grew more in those 2 days than the one in the tent.
having more bulbs will make it grow faster won't it?

Yea it'll grow faster but the sunlight is always stronger than synthetic light even in the shade LOL so more lights would help but probably wont match the sun what is the wattage on that one bulb because that also matters

The wattage of them are 23w i think. I'm waiting on 2 more 6500k bulbs 23w or 25w, can't remember, so it'll be 3 of the same and not mixed bulbs.
