Will she recover from a month of suffering?

I adopted this lanky and stunted Shiva Skunk female from my acquaintance a couple days ago. She has been vegging in coco for over a month and half with incorrect PH and low light. As you can see, she has eaten herself to get the little growth she has. My question is, now when she has more caring home, will she recover into proper plant if given good conditions and enough time.
Thank you very much.

edit: The pics don't give accurate info on her size. The stems are thin like a toothpick!

As long as you don't put her into flower yet, your all good just needs good feeding of all round npk feed she should pull back....

I'm no pro but it's what I think, I'd take the top two shoots off, feed and spread the bottom shoots.

Hope it helps

As the man says above and with some decent lighting would be in good order in no time I should think... ;-) When you chop the two tops I would root them and you will have another two to grow on....

Recoveries are a mixed result game. It may stunt it may not. If it doesn't start to grow well within 2 weeks of good conditions, its stunted isn't worth continuing with.

They are hard plants to kill after all they are weeds stop the abuse and they will recover
