New here.
I began my first plants about a week ago. I noticed one of the seedlings somehow did not grip to the soil and was slanting. Probably from overwatering. Anyways when I tried to fix the slant I accidently pinched one of the round leaves off. Now the plants leaves are turning brown what can I do to recover her?

Pinching one leaf shouldn't cause problems for the rest of the plant. All you can do is make sure the plant doesn't fall again. I use bamboo skewers and pipecleaners to make little braces for my younger gals. If weak stems continue to be a problem cut the water intake down and run a small fan just enough to barely affect the plant. The air movement will encourage the plant to grow a more robust main stem. Do not be alarmed if your seedling seems to be growing real slow at this stage. That just means the plant is busy growing a root ball sufficient to support the plant.

Good luck, BigSteve.

Welcome to the worst canna site in the world, every bum and time waster is here: ...lol
so you ripped off a cotyledon(baby leaf) it will delay the plant some, but if left alone will catch up, the brown is early stage nute burn, in time you will learn about the best soils and potting mixes, then be even more confused about ph, a book is the best thing to get here
to my blog: on the 12 week grow ....https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/Entry/12-week-grow-sceneario-by-jorge-cervantas.30164/

ps water the plant about 3 times the volume of the pot with air temperate water, allow to drain in dim light 2 hours or overnight
