Can i be able to grow two plants in a tent like this. And make sure the houseownwrs who life above my roof wont notice the smell and not get one suspicion about the garden?

Doing carbon filter, ona gel probably.. And silent ventilation. Fan, pipes.

You dont need "fresh air" you need the air that is inside of the room your growing in. all you really do is keeping an airflow going with maximal cooling of the HPS bulb aswell as minimal odor. If you do things right, it wont sound more then a computer running. I do not have a cooltube or any of that stuff but that is because i dont live in a place where thats necessary!

Being in a basement of a house usually means sharing access to at least one utility for that house be it water, sewer, electric or gas (heating). At the very least, make sure that your rented area does not require that type of access. In a non-emergency situation, 24 hours notice is usually required but in an emergency situation, immediate access would be required. Personally I would not attempt it, access or no access and I am only saying this because your post indicates you might be somewhat determined to try.

Two questions really:
1.) Can you grow 2 plants in a tent without them smelling up the apartment and having that leak upstairs into the other parts of the home>
a.) Yes, you can control smell with a good carbon filter and supplement with on a gel for when you need to open the tent to water/trim, stare lovingly at your plants.
2.) Is there a risk of the homeowners finding out I am growing on their property? Yes, there are a ton of things that can go wrong. Smell, power usage change, noise, faulty equipment (FIRE!), I got high and forgot to close the tent, etc
