So my white widow has been in jars only for 2 days now since harvest and she looks good and smokes alright but the taste is a little disappointing will the taste be completely different if I cure it for 2 weeks?
Will the taste of my buds change drastically?

No, what you get is usually what you'll end up with, they'll get smoother with time but a total change in flavor is wishful thinking.
Pretty much everything will effect taste, from genetics to air quality,temperature,flowering time, drying time, jarring/storing too early can fuck it all up.
Early pulled flower can taste like earthy dirt, nothing can fix that except for longer flowering.
