hey i am thinking of buying this light for flowering

and i was wondering if by looking at the grow box (http://i46.tinypic.com/ru1jlk.jpg) it looks like it wouldnt be a safety hazard or anything. there is about 1 foot on either side of the light. as you can see i have a fan venting in fresh air into the grow box so that probably helps.
my other question is would i be able to fit 4 plants in each corner of the box of LSD http://www.marijuana-seeds-canada.com/products/barneys-farm-lsd ?
