Will this light work?

Ok so i just found this light bulb, and was wondering if it was worth putting in my cab, all i know about it is: it's a philips light bulb and it also says "25w/ 1200 lumens/240v-50Hz" looks like this one but is 25watt not 20watt. Philips Outdoor Energy Saver 20 Watt Any advice please?

If you can do HPS, MH...and..next choice might be Envirolite or t5's..if cfl's is the choice more watts = more weed..25w is about 100w reg. bulb...46w cfl =150 w reg....try to get the most you can...if the ones you're looking
at are cheap you could use them for side lighting.....Good luck

I already have 4 20watt cfl's in my grow space, do you think it's worth putting this other bulb in too? Or isn't going to make any diffrence? Thanks.
