Will this set up work?

I plan on buying http://www.walmart.com/ip/GE-26W-CFL-Soft-White-Light-Bulb-3-Pack/15040851 plan on getting 12 of those. Using these as well with 12 of these

should be fine that is almost 400w going to get hot tho trust me i have a similar CFL hood



i have this in my 32"x32" tent and i have to leave the top unzipped for heat to get out otherwise it would cook em

That's 632w would a couple fans be enough for heat for that much wattage?
