If your plant is bushy and parts aren't getting a lot of light, and if you have the room for it, then I'd think that training some branches outward and spreading the plant out some wold help. Personally, I like to use molasses throughout (not just in flower), along with occasional compost teas, to keep a good microbe population going in the soil. Seems to work for me.

Increase. Having the areas that weren't getting enough light exposed to more light will help them develop more. And, having a healthy microbe population will help too.

I did not start LSTing until after flower, I am only 3.5 weeks into flower and it's my first grow but after I tied my tall girls down I noticed very quick growth on the lower buds, some look as big or bigger than the tops!

i would say if theres any large fan leaves coverin up a cola to cut it off so that the buds can receive more light, but your plant looks pretty healthy and might not even need it
