Wilting leaves, one week old. HELP!

I planted some seedlings and have them under an 80W Fluorescent shop light with a 24W light on one side and another 15W light on the other. The side lights are right up near the pots, around an inch away and the shop light is about 2 inches away from the top of the plants. The main problem is that the first leaves that it grew (not the cotalydons but the actual zig-zag ones) are starting to wilt a bit as the seedlings grow their second pair of leaves (the ones that grow the opposite way to make it look sorta like an "X" I don't use any nutrients they are in top soil and I water them about every other day just enough to keep their soil moist. Please help!

They don't need that much light yet. A little less light will help them to focus on growing roots. Keep them about 12 inches away from the light for a couple of days and see if that helps. You might have to water them less as you will have less evaporation with the lights further away.
