I'm trying to produce seeds this coming year for future grows ( I'm cheap okay ;p) is it legal to grow cannabis with sun light from a indoor window in California? Any legal knowledge here ?
It's legal as long as the plants are not visible (identifiable) with the unaided eye, from a public place, (i/e., the street or public property). Check your county/city ordinances as each jurisdiction has slightly different rules/requirements.
