Winter Grow?

K well the witner over here it gets sometimes to freezing point and sometimes its pretty warm. the weather changes a lot. i was wondering, because i have a bagseed and moby dick that i have but i dont want to grow inside. would the survive outside? and if i put them outside they will be 12/12 right? so they will be short and i will be able to harvest before spring? i have lowryder2 indoors but i want these two to be 12/12 from seed i dc about the yield.

If your in P.A. I can tell you for sure they will die it is freezing here.

They will die out in the freezing temperatures your talking about.

so im deciding to put in my shed, but it wont get 12/12 most likely 8 or less light hours. will it still flower and be able to be harvested? and the streetlights, will they cause a problem?
