I am living in Canada, our temperatures get pretty low during winter, been storing my harvest outside in airtight containers this summer, but winter is coming, is there any chance that freezing temperature swings ruin my buds?
Or a vacuum sealer is what my neighbor uses. He rips open bags 3 years old and it’s still primo.Get some air tight jars that don't smell and a box to hide them in. Keep them inside.
I would certainly think it has degraded a decent amount.I vac my jars and keep them in the freezer for long term storage. (1yr +). You store weed outside in the summer and it hasn't gone bad?
For sure.... If my house gets over 75° in the summer jars go into the freezer. I couldn't imagine having the temps swing everyday. That can't be good for any consumable product. The change of temp making the buds sweat in a closed jar or whatever it's stored in ... YikesI would certainly think it has degraded a decent amount.
Bet it’s almost the same when you open it as it was when you sealed it.I vacuum packed some weed and tossed it in the freezer.
I think I used too much vacuum. Whatcha think?

My buddy used to do this. Then chop it on a block with a butcher knife! Lol. Ah the old days....I vacuum packed some weed and tossed it in the freezer.

I knew they were going to get squished. It's all still there. I don't really care what it looks like. I'm just going to break it up and smoke it anyway. My buddy used to do this. Then chop it on a block with a butcher knife! Lol. Ah the old days....
The squishing is why I just vac my jars now. Keeps the buds nice and unsquished.
I know it will be. I've done this before and a year later it was the same as when I packed and froze it. Takes up less space in the freezer and gives me more room for meat and other foodstuffs.Bet it’s almost the same when you open it as it was when you sealed it.
I truly don't see the issue if your packing itI vacuum packed some weed and tossed it in the freezer.
