Anyone have any experience winterizing BHO and making liquid for a vape cart?
Using EC (190) for winterization, filtering at -40F, evaporating in a water bath at roughly 115-130F with a fan blowing overtop until it won't run anymore and then mixing 1:1 with Propylene Glycol.
Using that method would it be possible to eliminate all of the water content?
Moisture quickly builds up inside the cart after the wick (the air chamber I guess?) and a quarter way through it starts to get a sort of "musty" taste.
If purged I'm sure it would come out as shatter and unable to mix with the PG at that point.
Any advice or suggestions on different methods as to eliminate all water and not build moisture in the dry side of the cart?
Thanks.
Edit: The tanks are dank off rip and the BHO after winterization if let cool becomes shatter and is incredible to dab.
