Wondering about super cropping!!!!

Can i super crop a 13inch plant in veg state?Two of my plants are a bit tall and their planted together so i was thinking if i bend one, one way and the other the other way (LOL) Would that be ok? would that work? do i bend the stem at desired node? or is there a set node? thanks!

i tend to only supercrop to keep even canopies. i cant stand manicuring thousands of popcorn buds at harvest.

thats about when i start either bending or general training if im going to do it. if im going to just simply "top" it, i wait until about 2 weeks before i put it in the budroom to top it. ive discovered some strains are simply made for super cropping, and some dont take well to it at all. i tend to super crop my sativas rather than the indicas, to control height, as sativas can quite literally push the roof off your room. a marijuana plant can take a tremendous amount of abuse during its veg phase.
