Wont Sprout!! Help Me

Hi I am new to growing and I am having some troubles . For now I am just using a 150w soft white bulb. I am planning on buying a new light once they sprout but its been a week and 2 days since I planted these babies and theres been no sign of sprouting. I germinated them and I am using good potting soil. I bought these seeds from toronto seed bank so it can't be the seeds. I am very confused and frustrated. could someone help me out.

dig down carefully and expose the top of the sprout, see if there is any rot, if not just keep is exposed and see it it pushes through. If it looks like it's having trouble shedding the seed shell, remove it VERY carefully.
