Nor does it prevent the 2 largest polluters from continuing to pollute. That might change in 2030 but screws us between now and then. When we are cleaner to begin with. Trump didn't remove any existing law that promotes clean air! He just said we're not taking it on the chin while other countries carry on polluting like there's no tomorrow. No more America paying for the world. If the goal is less pollution then those who pollute the most China and India should be paying the most.
