The Boys of Summer are about to wrap things up.

Congratulations to both teams.

As much as I would have enjoyed a Dodgers/Yankees match-up, this one is pretty damn good.

No one called for a sweep either way.

The RIU tally is 7-4 in favor of the Yankees.

Hopefully the Yanks will find their bats tonight.

i am sooooo glad that the phillies spanked the yankees last night.. should;ve been a shut out if not for a wild throw to first base.. all of the money that they yankees spend to get a team, they should never even lose one game... so much for cc outpitching lee... that was sweet.. did anyone happen to see that grab that lee made ? and also that catch he made without even moving. the man was on fire... i dont see the phills sweeping the yanks, but i would love to see them pull the repeat, especialy against the damn yankees of all teams... so much for the phills being all crappy because they took the train into ny, what the hell was that all about anyway

Neither team is crappy. This is the motherfucking World Series.

Even the '27 Yankees dropped a game or two. A perfect season in baseball is near to impossible.

I'd hate to see either team lay down like the 2005 Astros.

I don't care what it is... Philly is showing up to win quick and in a hurry. I never got a chance to vote, but I would have taken the Phillies with brooms!

Gotta go with the Phillies since the Angels got raped. But hey, as least we swept Boston and I got to go to 3/5 home games this post season :) Game 1 against Boston was the best game I've ever been to. Won 5-0 and every boston fan around me either left or got ejected for fighting!
