so i have a 3 gallon DWC setup inside a 14gallon bucket (i'm going to switch when i start flower). i had a couple questions, or maybe just one
how much of the root mass needs to be contacted by the air bubbles? I'm worried that if my roots get out of control, my 4" air-stone's wont be able to provide enough o2 for the roots. i am thinking about buying alot of smaller airstones and spread them around to the point where the water looks like its a roaring boil. right now its a little kid farting in the pool. i'm thnking i should have at least one air-stone per plant. right now the roots are small enough that a single air stone is providing more than enough with the pump i'm running.
any help with that would be swell since i plan on flowering in about 1-2 weeks. i am currently into week 4 of some seriously fast vegging and i want to grow some smaller plants
