simple question, are auto seeds generally something you have to order or can they be found as a bag seed? most bag seed grows i am aware of have to flip the 18/6 to 12/12
would bag seeds ever yield an auto?

they have to be bought. Autos are part cannabis ruderalis, id say the likelihood of a random bag you bought being a ruderalis is pretty low

More than likely that bag seed is going to grow a hermie. Most growers that have just the slightest knowledge of growing knows to pull the males out but if they herm, it’s a little different. It has a higher chance of slipping thru and growing with the rest of the crop producing seeds. You can produce auto flower seeds by having a male auto pollinate the female auto plant.

im new to alot of the jargon and different strains and what not. im old school, shit grows in the ground lol so im really enjoying reading all the stuff on hydro/aquaponics and autoflower is a very new concept for me (i wouldnt dream of ordering anything online even though its safe). i was curious if i had stumbled across one before (past 15 years) or if its something one would have to seek out

Ordering online is legit. I only did it a handful of times but it was easy and fast.

Honestly Im not a fan of autoflowers, I dont see the point. I like choosing how much of a yield im getting and when, and not having the seed dictate those things. Plus ive noticed most of the funky looking mutant type plants ive seen are autos. ugly fuckers. Also, selling and owning seeds is completely legal, until theyre germinated. I have sent seeds to my actual house im actually growing at in my actual name with my actual credit card before lol. Nobody is kicking doors down over a few plants, i know people getting much crazier things in the mail haha.
