Would it be safe to make a grow box out of a hard plastic tool shed frm walmart

I'm trying to build my own grow box to set up on my back porch.. i have pretty good electrical outlets on the porch. my questions is would it be safe building it in one of those plastic tool sheds.. i know it can hold a great deal of energy with the lights and ballasts, i dont want to start a fire, especially when i'm not home! can anyone give me some good advice on how i should create my set up?

fo real.. i dont want blow up my crib.. but at the same time.. they are cheap and look like they can do the job.. i just want to grow no less than 2 plants..
