Hello one of my plants streched too much and now it is around 15cm from 200w 3.0 mol light Jackson Nemesis they are not producing almost no heat maybe 27 celsius around those tops and I have also fan blowing around them i know it is too close to light bit what can i expect? Manufacturer says for flowering it is ideal to have 20-30cm from tops
Would light this close cause problems ?

It’s generally not heat but light intensity with LED. It’s best to check levels with a PAR meter but guys on here go through a routine using cell phones and apps and then convert from lux to PAR.

In the future trellising your plants during vegetative growth is the move. It will help even out that canopy and allow you to also fill it out more. That way you won't have those colas reaching for the light alone, and you can get that light closer to the rest of your plant/s. With LED 12 inches is generally a great distance from the top of your canopy.
