Would this be a good flowering light light for 3 plants in a medium size cabinet space? probably 2 1/2' by 2 1/2' - 4' tall

I would worry about heat build up in a cabinet of that size.
I'd opt for a good t5 lamp or even led, but if you had sufficient fans/exhaust it could work.
