Would this be a suitable RO filter for hydro

Im just shopping around for a RO filter on ebay. I would like to know if this is a suitable filter for a small sized hydro garden. And if it is going to do the job right? thx in advance.

That thing is way more than what you need. Your system has a total of 20 gallons, this thing outputs 75 gallons per day. People who have large fish tanks use these by letting them run for a few days to get enough water. I would find a less expensive 25 gpd system.

lol yeah i know the GPD is a bit much but everything is listed in the states, nothing is in canada and they all seem to be $100+ - 300. So i figured i'd pay mid range and get more bang for my buck. Might also use this now to filter my house holds drinking water. But as long as it will work and have the water the properly treatment. thx.
