Would this be alright to do?

I've got five seedlings entering the vegetative stage. They are all planted in the solo cups and ocean forest potting soil. I just got a bag of ocean forest on Sunday and its gone now because i had to transplant three other plants into five gallon buckets. I am broke right now and the plants in the solo cups need transplanted into bigger pots. I have a brand new bag of miracle grow sitting in the shed becuase i didnt use it when i frist got it. Can i transplant from ocean forest into miracle grow? Once they show they are male or female can i transplant back to ocean forest?? Sorry for over elaborating on such a simple question.

Shouldnt be a problem, just dont be tempted to use the garden soil.
